Wir haben lange gewartet, aber nun war es an der Zeit Ihnen die neue Produktfamilie hautnah vorzustellen! Und wo wäre ein besserer Ort als auf einer internationalen Fachmesse?
Wir haben uns deshalb für die Zellcheming-Expo in Frankfurt am Main entschieden. Die jährlich stattfindende Fachmesse ist namhaft für ihre Zellstoff-, Papier- und Zuliefererindustrien in der größten Papierherstellernation Europas. Über 150 Aussteller rund um das Thema Papier und Röchling LERIPA Papertech mittendrin.
Industrie 4.0 zum Greifen nahe - der Erfolg spricht für sich
Intelligente Verschleißteile wecken Interesse, vor allem in Bezug auf die Zellcheming-Expo.
Die Messebesucher waren von den SMART-Produkten sichtlich beeindruckt. Bis dato haben sie nur Informationen über Broschüren erhalten. Nach der Simulation der gesamten Logik und auch der Funktionalität von ROBASMART kam bei Vielen der langersehnte Aha-Effekt. Die Besucher sind überzeugt, dass ROBASMART ein weiterer Meilenstein in der Entwässerungs- und Saugwalzentechnologie ist, da der Datentransfer von verbauten Verschleißteilen immer zukunftsweisender wird. Die Besucher teilen auch unsere Meinung, dass im Zuge der Digitalisierung dieser Schritt unumgänglich ist. Dies kräftigt einmal mehr die Innovationskraft von Röchling Leripa als Vorreiter intelligenter Verschleißteile in der Papierindustrie.
Es gibt Unmengen von Produkten die mit Industrie 4.0 in Verbindung gebracht werden. Jeder spricht davon und immer mehr Unternehmen adaptieren Ihre Produkte in diese Richtung - muss auch jeder, denn das Industriezeitalter der Digitalisierung wurde bereits eingeläutet.

We have waited for a long time, but now, it is time to present the product family to you right up close. And what could be a better place than at an international trade fair?
We therefore decided on the Zellcheming Expo in Frankfurt am Main. This annual trade fair is renowned for its exhibitors from the cellulose, paper and supplier industries in the paper manufacturing countries of Europe. More than 150 exhibitors from the paper sector and Röchling LERIPA Papertech in the middle of them all.
Industry 4.0 within reach - the success speaks for itself
Intelligent wear parts awaken interest, especially with reference to the Zellcheming Expo.
The visitors to the fair were visibly impressed by the SMART products. Till then, they had only got information in the form of brochures. But after the simulation of the entire logic as well as the functionality of ROBASMART, many experienced the long-awaited ‘aha’ effect. The visitors were convinced that ROBASMART is another milestone in the dewatering and suction roll technology, since data transfer from the fitted wear parts is becoming more and more forward-looking. And they also shared our opinion that this step is inevitable in the course of digitisation. This once again gives a boost to the innovative strength of Röchling Leripa as a pioneer in intelligent wear parts in the paper industry.
There are huge quantities of products that are being associated with Industry 4.0. Everyone speaks about it, and more and more companies are adapting their products towards it - they all have to, after all, because the bell of the industrial age of digitisation has already tolled.
Summary:
Good contacts, interesting technical discussions and unique impressions leave behind a feeling of the positive character of the fair. Looking back, SMARTTABLE and SMARTROLL proved themselves as innovative wear solutions bundled with modern intelligence. With a constant innovative spirit, we continue to work on smart products to expand our “family” and hence to simplify your processes.
