1. Sie wollen mit einer Siebpartie viele unterschiedliche Sorten produzieren? Dann wissen Sie, dass eine Abstimmung der Entwässerungselemente auf die unterschiedlichen Grammaturen in der Praxis nicht möglich ist -> Sie müssen sich mit einem Kompromiss zufrieden geben und dieser geht zu Lasten der Papierqualität und des Ressourceneinsatzes. Smartfoils sind kompromisslos, denn Sie können damit Ihre Siebpartieeinstellungen für jegliche Papiersorten gemütlich vom PC aus steuern und optimieren.
2. "Zeit ist Geld" - dieser bekannte Slogan trifft vor allem bei der Papierproduktion genau ins Schwarze. Unnötige Stillstände der Papiermaschine führen zu erheblichen Kosten und genau durch den Einsatz von Smartfoils vermeiden Sie diese.
3. Die Trockenpartie jeder Papiermaschine erzeugt bekanntlich die höchsten Produktionskosten. Selbst diese können Sie mit optimalem Einsatz der Smartfoils senken, denn aufgrund passender Einstellungen kann in der Siebpartie deutlich mehr entwässert werden, was wiederum die Zylinder in der Trockenpartie entlastet.

Why you should be using Smartfoils
“A nice idea, this ‘Robasmart’, but what’s in it for me?” We can give you 3 reasons to switch to Robasmart:
1. Do you wish to manufacture many different grades using one wire section? Then you are aware that matching the dewatering elements to the different grammages is not possible in practice -> you have to be satisfied with a compromise, which adversely impacts the paper quality and the use of resources. Smartfoils means no compromises - with it, you can control and optimize your wire section comfortably from the PC for any paper grade.
2. “Time is money” - at least in paper manufacturing, this saying hits the bull’s eye. Unnecessary downtimes of the paper machine result in substantial costs and by using Smartfoils, you can avoid these.
3. The dry section of any paper machine is known to be the cause of the highest production costs. You can even reduce these costs through optimum use of the Smartfoil, because through suitable adjustments, far more dewatering can be done in the wire section, which in turn relieves the cylinders in the dry section.

Since the middle of September last year, the paper mill Feurstein (in Traun, Austria) integrated angle-adjustable and height-adjustable Smartfoils from Leripa in the wire section of their paper machine. Numerous positive effects have been observed since then, for example:

A stable water flow thanks to the constant conditions in the top former inflow
